Multi-drug 6 Urine Cup

The One-step Amphetamine Test is a lateral flow, one-step immunoassay for the qualitative detection of amphetamine in human urine at a cut-off of 1000ng/ml. This product is used to obtain a visual, qualitative result and is intended for professional use.The assay should not be used without proper supervision and is not intended for over the counter sale to lay persons.

Product Performation:

TEST PROCEDURE

1. Bring the pouched test device to room temperature(15-30℃) prior to testing. Do not open the pouch until ready to perform the assay.
2. Remove the urine cup from the sealed pouch.
3. Open the cap of the cup and urinate directly into the urine cup.
4. Replace the cap and screw tightly. Place the urine cup on a flat, clean and dry surface. Check the cap for tight seal.
5. Remove the label to read results. Read results between 5-8 minutes

Interpreting results

NEGATIVE: Two colored lines appear, one in the control region and another one in the test region. No matter the color intensity of the test line is weaker or stronger than that of the control line,the test result is negative, which indicates that the free drug is absent or less than the detection level of the test.

 

POSITIVE: Only one colored line appears in the control region with no apparent line in the test region. The test result is positive, which indicates that the free drug is present in the urine at or exceeding the detection level of the test.
