A Microalbuminuria test is a urine test that detects small amounts of albumin in your urine.
Healthy kidneys act as filters that keep vital proteins, like albumin, in your blood.
When kidney filters are damaged, abnormal amounts of albumin leak into the urine。
The Microalubminuria Test which can test the albumin Level in your urine, if the albumin in your urine over 20mg/L, the result will be positive. It’s better to test by other test method.
Now we will show how to read the result.
Please check the color chart:
The color chart shows the intensity of Test line(T)
Positive result: Only C line appears. The intensity of T line is equal to G1-G4,the result will be positive, Even if there is a very faint line in T line region ,like G3-G4,the result will be positive too. and the albumin concentration in urine is more than 20mg/L.
Negative result: Two red lines are visible. The intensity of T line equal to G5, the results will be negative too, and the albumin concentration in urine is less than 20mg/L.
